How to place an order?
My Account – During the checkout process, you will be asked to create an account with this site. Although this is not a required step to complete your order, it’s recommended that you create an account. Having an account will make it much easier to review your order history and check for order status.
Guest Account – If you choose not to create an account, you can check out by using a guest account.
Connect with Us – Throughout the process, you will be asked to stay connected with Once Upon Supplies by subscribing to our newsletter. We use our newsletter as a primary way to communicate with our customers. We will never share your email addresses with 3rd parties. We don’t spam. We will send a maximum of 2-3 emails per month as we add new products and/or sales events take place.
What are your payment options?
This site uses Stripe Payment and PayPal to process payments securely. Your personal information is safe - we do not store your personal information on our server.
Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are accepted for eligible items (wrong items and damaged items). All efforts will be made to replace the items once the returned items have been received. In cases where a replacement is not viable, a refund will be issued. Orders with custom design work are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Shipping & Tracking
What shipping options do you offer?
US Customers Your order will be shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise notified. Orders requiring custom design work may take 1-2 weeks for design & production. Shipping carrier is United States Postal Service first class mail by default. If you need the items sooner, priority or express mail can be arranged at a surcharge. Please contact us for details if you require expedited shipping. Free shipping: Get free domestic shipping to all U.S. locations when you purchase $50 or more. Enter “FREESHIP” promo code at checkout. Certain product categories are excluded form this free shipping promotion.
International Customers Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders requiring custom design work may take 1-2 weeks for design & production. Shipping carrier is United States Postal Service first class mail by default, which could take 2-3 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. You’re responsible for any customs fee / duty associated with the package. If you need the items sooner, priority or express mail can be arranged at a surcharge. Please contact us for details if you require expedited shipping.
How do I track my orders?
To check the status of your order, log into your account and click on “View Order”. When your item has been shipped, the status will change to “Complete”. If tracking is available, you will see a tracking code listed. In addition, you will receive an email notification whenever a status change on your order has occurred.
